Kungpao Chicken - Simple home cooked dishes
TIPS:

For the tomato sauce:
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
Step:
- Mix all the sauce ingredients. Set aside
- Stir Fry all the spices until fragrant oils to taste.
- put chicken pieces, Cook, until cooked 1/2
- stir in the tomato sauce mixture, stir well and cook until the chicken is cooked and the sauce has thickened, correction of taste.
